At AvanteLux, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 3-day refund policy and a 5-day return for store credit policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return and refund process:

3-Day Refund Policy:

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customersupport@avantelux.com or call us at 1-877-282-8268 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request meets our refund policy criteria.
  3. Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item(s) with all original accessories and tags. The item(s) must not have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.
  5. After we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  6. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 3 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
  7. All sales are final for the following items: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items, even if they are defective.

5-Day Return for Store Credit Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase but have surpassed the 3-day refund window, you may be eligible for a return for store credit. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customersupport@avantelux.com or call us at 1-877-282-8268 and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return request.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request meets our return for store credit policy criteria.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer.

  6. All sales are final for the following items: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items, even if they are defective.

Return and Refund Policy Guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds/store credit for personalized or custom-made items.
  • The Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all returns and refunds. Any packages received without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees, including the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost, are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item(s) are adequately packaged and insured during transit to avoid damage or loss.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure that the package reaches us safely.
